Is there such a thing as a transfer case that will allow me to select
FWD only
RWD only
or Both?

Most of the older twin stick varieties would allow that - plus a
neutral position. D300 comes to mind.

It is possible to do it with a Dana 300 but the 205 is the case of
choice for this and kits are availble to do it too.

There are kits out for the dana 300 as well I believe.
