I also noticed his speed through the intersection...odds are over the
SL. Could be a potential S&DDAM target. :)
Hint: red light means SL of zero for a few seconds.
Also..notice the pedestrians stopping to watch the fool.

Agreed. I watched it a few times over freeze-framing as good as I
could with youtube, and both vehicles brake. The crossing SUV braking
keeps the SUV (explorer? minivan? not exactly high-def) from T-
Boning the offender, and the offenders braking appears to keep him
from T-Boning the white sedan. Damn close... I'd love to see an
overhead view.

More interesting I thought was that he misses no more than a half
beat, then continues, weaving around traffic.
Just goes to show ya, RLR'ers are among the best of drivers.

Did you expect him to pull over for a cigarette or start driving
legally after that? They obviously had somewhere to be, ASAP!
