Yes.

Oh, indeed. And on pavements. Down footpaths specifically marked 'no
cycling'. Etc. I know only too well as a dog walker.

As I said most come to a near stop before jumping the lights and generally
don't attempt to mow down pedestrians. Unlike many motorists.

Lots of things people do are bloody stupid. But I get more annoyed by
those which are a danger to others - and although a bike can cause injury
nothing on the scale of a car.
