Check out the NJ Motorsports Park. I'm not sure what's involved in
getting your own car onto the track there, but I know it can be done.
You also may check out the Alpine Motorsports Club in Eldred Township,
Penn.

Best bet is to find a club for your make of car, see if they do track
events.
