There was an LLB in a minivan that was being passed on the right by a
bunch of drivers. I was in the right lane, and noticed that the minivan
driver was approaching a slower LLB ahead. As I started to pass the
minivan, the LLBing minivan driver seemed to be drifting to the right,
as if it was going to undertake. I honked, and it unexpectedly honked
back for an excessive period of time. Unfortunately for the minivan
driver, this honking seemed to get the other LLB to slow down, and the
minivan driver got stuck behind it. Instead of trying to undertake, the
LLBing minivan driver started tailgating the other LLB.
I am not sure what honking means to these idiots. It should mean "Don't
change lanes because there is a car in the lane next to you!"
Why can't they Keep Right Except To Pass?
