What do you think should be done to the following people who commit the
following dangerous driving offenses:
1) Drive with worn tires and/or suspension components?
2) Drive with damaged tires?
3) Drive with malfunctioning braking components?
4) Drive with inadequate lighting (interior or exterior) at night?
5) Drive 15MPH or more over the speed limit on residential streets or in
school zones?
6) Openly brag about killing someone with their car?
Goat labs needs answers to this question for some important research.
Your immediate response is required.

It's openly admired the idea of throwing ball bearings at tail gaters, so it
believes in assault and potentially causing a fatal accident. Clearly, it's
insane as batshit, there's no use trying to reason with it. I wouldn't be
surprised if it was someone on heavy duty psych meds, probably through some
state-sponsored program for low income individuals, and had never owned a
car or even learned to drive. This kind of obsession and relentless drivel
suggests serious mental health issues.
