What's wrong with putting scammers out of business?
CA is also one of the few states to ban phony radar/laser "jammers".
The feds ban only the ones that work -- they have no problem letting
drivers waste money on the ones that don't work.
Why would you want to let these scammers continue ripping drivers off?

The scammers only rip off the scammable so it's a form of training.
