Yes it does, but it's gonna be tough because the law is so easy on
other bad drivers. As the geezers love to remind us, they are not as
dangererous as all the speeders and drunk drivers and red light
runners that are tolerated on our roads.

Want to solve the problem? Get the population to vote all career
politicians out, and move in a fresh set of blood that will work for
the American population, not large special interest groups like AARP.

Barak Obama? Why would I want to put my car on blocks and shiver in
the dark for the rest of my short life? Obama says he'll reduce
carbon emissions to 20% of 1990 levels. That's an austerity plan I
can't live with.
