In Central MA several years ago, I was walking by a radar trailer just like
the one in the video linked above. Note that, according to the readout, I
was walking 35MPH in a 25MPH zone with no vehicular traffic anywhere in
sight.
I guess if you are driving past a photo radar unit, you'd better hope that
I'm not walking through the area at the time. If I run, I might hit triple
digit speeds. :) -Dave
