whilst I've no doubt I could, given enough time, unfortunately I have
to develop a ~60 page website in Japanese from scratch (including
translating about 40 pages of existing English content) and have this
live in production by the end of September.
Also, I don't actually /do/ anything myself, I'm a manager.

Only one recommendation:
Get a native Japanese who can do web sites, not someone who thinks
they have learned Japanese.
Otherwise you'll end up with the equivalent of the laughable "Engrish"
documents we get from Japan.
