I'm really sorry to hear this. I was just going to try and contact Jim
to order parts before the Spodefest. Not only was Jim a good source
for parts, but he's a good guy too. I'd rather give my money to him
than any of the other vendors. I guess, I'll have to pay the inflated
prices at the local Honda shop.

I've been hearing this for more than a month I guess. No confirmation
yet, but unfortunately it seems it could be true.

Dizzam.
Jim, Deb, Gabe and SMS were the friendliest and best dealer out there.
I'll miss them.

It's true.
Thanks for all the kind words.
I'm still around, and during these 103F days, am hiding from the sun
at home from around 1 to 4 pm, then back to the oil fields till dark.
This lets me post during the day.
Dudley, Jack Bondus (Road, Track, & Trail [at] 763-427-2184 ) can get
you that Hebo hydraulic clutch when they are again available.

I'll pass along kudos to Jack for coming through this week on an
apparently hard-to-find part. I'll still call Jim first, but Jack
gets the second call from here on out.

That's totally crappy news, Jim. I'm sorry to hear things didn't work
out with the shop - I could always count on you guys to help me out.
Good luck with everything else and whatever you find yourself doing
next.

I offered to be an "outside rep", if he would send me a trailer load
of new bikes to show and do demo rides with at the races, plus give me
an expense account.
They didn't jump on it.

I hope you will still be doing WUDI and that I can attend again... :)

Then, in all seriousness, they're idiots.
Add this following quote to your resume:
Jim Cook is the single most knowledgable person I've met regarding
GasGas in specific and dirtbikes in general.
Have them call me. I'll fix this.

Yes. The Wudi Rides are still on.
I'm already working with the FS concerning the Brock Creek Trail
systems and camping area for Wudi9 (this next winter). It's amazing
what red tape and bs the gov requires, but the fellow is helpful and
seems happy to work with me.
