I am trying to fgure out elec problem on my 92 lesabre. no power to
any a/c components under hood. it as electronic controls and I cant
seem to find a location on compresser relay, I know location of relay
center but know idea which relay is it. any ideas would be most
helpfull.

Not really the info you wanted...I tried to look it up, but it only said
that it's in the relay center you are looking at , but it says there are
two for the A/C...A/C cutout and A/C compressor relay...so be aware of
that...sorry can't do more for you.
Try matching wiring color to the leads at the compressor, low pressure
switch, etc, see if they match at the relay...
