Speak for yourself. I make biscuits and gravy, and you can
get them and grits at the local Denny's.

No shit? I guess I'm gonna have to head over to the North Shore and
duke it out with the losers who can't afford a double-double and see if
yer shittin'. Our Denny's is conveniently located at the intersection
between Crackhead Road, Hooker Boulevard and Bluehair Parkway.

Those are usually the best ones, aren't they? They also have
biscuits, and sausage gravy. If you order it, you'll get the biscuits
whole, and the gravy on the side.

I sure never ordered biscuits and gravy before where you had
to actually make the final plate, but what the heck!

I always ask for the gravy on the side. Partly because I wanna see the
quality of the biscuits first. If they're gooey, then they're goin'
back. Sometimes they don't give you enough gravy, so having it on the
side gives you a great excuse to ear down the waitress and send her
trundling back to the back for another bowl of gravy.

Now where was it I had some real good gravy...Oh! Yeah. It was at
Buzzy's close by Mick's Lake during a couple of the later MITMs.
Brother Easy and I barged in and set down and really put the nosebags
on. They'd take a sausage patty and chunk it up and put it in the
bottom of the bowl, then ladle on some sausage gravy overtop. Good
biscuits, too. I remember the breakfast plate to get had two eggs, a
mound of hashbrowns, a large pork chop, and six biscuits with a large
bowl of gravy.

I also remember that it was a real workout just gettin' around all
that.

Excellent idea. Nothing like ending up with dough and gravy.
