Well, I got a lot of answers.
I sifted through the responses, both here and emailed (there were the usual
40 or so), and decided on MaGGie's recipes for both Biscuits and for Sausage
Gravy. As I noted earlier, I did use the sausage from Snow Creek, Seneca,
SC Mike F suggested.

Tried them out on my Yankee relatives, and got a thumbs up from them all.
(but then again, what the fuck could they possibly know, they're Yankees).

So, I'll be using the same recipe for the S.C.U.M run, and get the *real*
results from the *real bikers*.

:: as an aside... My Italian/Greek wife who usually uses
:: ground beef, ground veal, and ground pork for
:: meatballs, used the Snow Creek sausage mixture
:: for the meatballs and everyone (eyetalians included)
:: gave it a BIG thumbs up.

Thanks everyone, I knew I could count on this group.
I owe everyone at least a round or two.

Thanks for asking about it, Len. I've never made the stuff, prolly
wouldn't have ever considered it. But I like 'em! And due to this
thread--and the recipes I grabbed--I'm gonna try it this weekend.

I can vouch for MaGGie's culinary expertise. She's a damn good cook and one
of the finest resources for recipes.

This reminds me, I was doing some FAQ updating the udder day and came across
a ref to an AH cookbook. Is it still around? If anyone ever wants to

It's getting harder, there just aren't that many places with pinball
machines anymore, although I did get high score on Pacman once with one
lass. Those joysticks make excellent anchors when lodged in the rear
orifice.

I think I just disgusted myself.

Don't know about the one printed for the final push for the van.
However, I have one that was done in 2003. Spent a couple days over at
Red's with a few other NTXNS punching and binding them. I'd be willing
to put it up on Eddie's auction and pay shipping to whomever. Looks to
be about 86 pages in pristine condition.

DP how do I get the cookbook on the auction site?

Guess who makes Keystone? I'll betcha $8.00 bucks and a case of Coors
lite that inna blind taste test using Coors, Keystone and Coors Lite,
you can't tell which is which. Hell, might as well throw some PBR in
there too.

Oh yeah, there's four different kinds of Keystone, two kinds of Coors
and God knows what PBR has to offer. Yer gonna be on yer lips before
we're done <g>.

I'll take ya up on that bet Snarl. I've done it. LOL The Keystone

Shit, she's the one who gave me the idea to put a fridge in
the garage.......

The fridge I've got out there now ain't doing so good (well,
I only bought it in 1980).......went to buy a new one
yesterday and after talking to my favorite sales dood over
at Sears......don't know what to do.

He's telling me that the newer fridges don't live well in
garages here cause the compressors are smaller/lighter (to
consume less power) and the condenser's don't have a fan on
them anymore.

He's telling me I'd be better off (for a garage fridge) to
find a used one made prior to 2000.

Hell yeah I drink a beer or two wit you. Let me put down this Shiner.
Pretty interesting auction 'specially that '53. That would be a
'special' year for me. Looks pretty good in the view they show. 'Course
that's prolly why they showed that particular view. Thanks for the
Keystones.
