Anyone any idea where I can find a free online test that gives out some sort
of basic summary? Must be Cattells 16PF not Myers-Briggs or any other types?

Very unlikely that you will find it online. It is protected by copyright
and it is a "restricted" test that should only be available to properly
trained professionals such as a fully qualified occupational psychologist.
