Depends on your matching the criteria dunnit. If you can't make the
twenty points then no. And you have just blown two breaching section
421.7.15 of the rules by posting to ukrm. I mean, it is in the ffaq.
It makes it quite plain that we are a public forum so you really only
have yourself to blame.

Depends when you got your full UK car licence. If it was ten years ago, then
yes. Last few years, no. Not sure when they changed it. In any case you'll
need a CBT before you go on the road.

And you can tell by looking at the paper part IIRC as it has the
provisional entitlements on it.
