Has anyone picked up any info about shift knobs or starter buttons on the
2006 Miata?

It seems to me that the voodoo-type spherical knobs don't work, since
the shifter stalk goes on forever, with about a 5" threaded part. Darn.

Similarly, each time I get into the car, I put the key in the keyhole
and search for the starter button, only to find there is none. Anybody
know *where* the Mazda red button goes, and how hard it is to install?
It makes me so confused I stall the engine every time I back out of my
parking lot in 6th.

Also, has the first hand-brake relocation kit already arrived? If not,
what is keeping them??
