It has a tilt steering wheel. The wheel moves back and forth. Need to know
how to repair this?

3 bolts down inside the assembly have worked loose. You will have to
pull the sterring wheel then take the tilt mechaism apart to get to
them. PITA job with some interesting steps to get everything apart
and back together right. Plan on taking all day and get a manual that
shows how to disassemble/assemble the thing.

Most auto parts stores will also lend you the special GM lockplate tool
that saves some sore knuckles...
