I note that on pre 04 sportsters the pillion pegs are mounted on the swing
arm.
This seems a little agricultural (I know I'm talking Tractors but ,well)
Is this a problem for the pillions' comfort on rough roads?
Is there an easy fix ? different mounting brackets available ,either HD or
aftermarket, or should I tell the boss to shut up and put up with it (not
recomended)
Thanks

Not really. The pegs are mounted close to the point were the swingarm
starts..erm...swinging. So the boss's legs will go up and down just a
few centimeters (make that an inch).

No easy fix I'm aware of. Go for the last option (recommended ;).

Not really., There is some vibration and road feel transferred through. Just
part of the experiance.

No easy fix. That's just the way it is.
