Hi - to anyone familiar with Jeep Cherokee horns - I have one that
doesn't work and before troubleshotting wanted to ask a few questions>

1. Is the horn grounded and power is supplied to it or is power
always there and the ground supplied?
2. Horn relay - is there one and where is it located?
3. I know, I haven't even looked yet, but where is the horn located
- behind the fascia grill on the passenger or driver's side? High or
low (top or bottom)
