I have googled until I'm goggly-eyed, but cannot find this movie (of
course, it would help if I could remember the title), so I hope someone
in this usenet group can remember it...

The movie is a tongue-in-cheek cross between a western and a
space-sci-fi. The hero is exiled to a penal colony on some far away
planet where he runs into a gang of ex-bikers who worship an old hog set
up on a pedestal. They continually chant "Har-ley Dav-id-son. Vroom,
Vroom". They no longer have bikes to ride so thay have fitted their
horses with handlebars.

Somewhere in the movie, the hero steals the idol-hog and rides away to
rescue the damsel in distress.
