I recently heard that there are add on utilities for F1C that allow you to
make more changes in the garage than are available by default. If this is
true and there are more than one, which add on is the best and where can I
get it.

You can get the new menu's from RacerAlex or Godzilla or you could just get
the RH2004 season update.
