Where is the heater control valve on a 1995 Chevrolet Pickup?

If you mean one that shuts off the water flow through the core. It
doesn't have one. It just routes air around it instead of through it.

I'm sure that's what he means, and I'm sure there is one on my '95 S-10
Blazer. I just don't remember exactly where it is.
Start at the water pump and follow the small hoses. Look for where the
mechanical control cable hooks in.

92 K 1500 does not have a heater control valve.... I assume a 95
would not have one either.

Correct, GM doesn't use them. I've had an 84, 85, 92, 94, 99, 02 and
none of those had them either. I have seen them on a couple conversions
that had them added.
