just had my 00 softail lowered, front & rear. now i'm getting a whinning
noise from somewhere and i can't tell where it's comming from. any one ever
experience this problem?

Probably your rear belt. Double check your rear wheel alignment.

Might want to check for under fender obstructions wearing a groove in
the tire.

I used to have one that was coming from the back of the back, then I
divorced her.
