My 2002 Ultra Classis is in the shop being fixed from a wreck. The shop told
me it looks like the radio is not working. And it looks like I will have to
fix it myself. What should I look for as a problem.

Was it working before the accident? If it was then the shop is the problem.

Go to eglidegoodies.com and check out the radio options. Much better
than stock and cheaper too!
